How long does delivery take?

Once we receive your order, your design is scheduled and materials are prepared. Every TrMaRe product is made to order, and in most cases, we'll be able to ship your product to you within 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise noted.

Can I modify or cancel an online order?

We start processing your order immediately. Therefore, cancellations or modifications to any of your orders are not possible.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. However, exchanges are only applicable if you'd like to exchange for a different size. The design must be the same to your previous order. All exchanges must have the original invoice and must be sent within 7 days of receiving the item.

Which kind of products could be returned?

We only accept returns for defective products or incorrectly sent items such as (wrong size or wrong color/design). All returns must have the original invoice and must be sent within 7 days of receiving the item.

How does the clothing fit?

The Pigment apparel runs about a full size big. It is recommended to order 1 full size down if you'd like the hoodie or sweats to fit more closely to typical dress wear. Everything else is true to size.

Can you preorder items?

You'll be able to pre-order some items. You can know when that option is available if you subscribe to our mailing list.
